TECHNICAL INSTITUTE
Skills building: The main indicators have been training in Masonry, Carpentry and joinery, Motor vehicle mechanic, Electrical Installation, Welding, Tailoring and dress making, Beauty Care. The main objective has been to bring about higher social status by providing the necessary tools for better living conditions which should help Youth advance themselves
Besides training, Brothers also offer extracurricular activities to help mold the whole person. These include:
- Counseling and Christian formation
- C.R.E
- Catechism
FARMING
The farming is for sustaining the livelihood of the Brothers, producing food for nutrition of Brothers and excess is sold to the neighborhood. Although we have big land it has not been well utilized, if it had enough water to irrigate farming can sustain the livelihood of the Brothers. If well utilized and irrigated has the capacity to support the congregation.
TRACTOR SERVICE & HAY PRODUCTION
Brothers of St. Joseph (BSJ) operates an agricultural mechanization program providing tractor services to farmers at subsidized rates. Services include ploughing, harrowing, mowing and baling. BSJ also manages a hay farm producing quality hay for sale.
